Frequently asked questions
How does per-site billing work?
Each site has its own plan. You can keep a marketing site on Premium, a small portfolio on Free, and a client site on Basic, all in the same account, on one invoice. Upgrade or downgrade each site individually from /app/billing.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Every site starts on Free when you create it. You can run as many Free sites as you want, no credit card required. Each Free site has its own 1 GB storage, 1 GB bandwidth/mo, 5 pages, 100 form submissions, and 1 seat.
Can I switch a single site between plans?
Anytime, per site. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens if a site exceeds its plan limits?
We notify you when a site reaches 80% of any limit. Crossing it doesn't cut you off; we ping you to upgrade that specific site. Hard caps apply only after a few warnings.
Does the free plan show DragDrop branding?
Yes. Free sites render a small "Powered by DragDrop" footer at the bottom. Any paid plan removes it automatically.
When do I get custom roles?
Custom roles / RBAC are included on Premium and Professional. Free and Basic use our four built-in roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). SEPA Direct Debit and ACH on annual plans for Premium and above.
Can I cancel a single site?
Yes. Downgrading a site to Free is effectively a cancellation of its paid plan, and your data is preserved. Permanently deleting a site is also self-serve.
