1.Acceptance
By accessing this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2.Pre-launch status
DragDrop is not yet publicly available. Everything on this site, including features, block counts, pricing, and timelines, describes what we are building and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a subscription today, and no purchase can be made here.
3.The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase. It reserves your interest, nothing more: it does not guarantee access to the product, early access, launch pricing, or any particular launch timing. You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. How we handle your email address is covered in the Privacy Policy.
4.Acceptable use
You may not use this website to: distribute malware; attempt to breach or probe its security; scrape or harvest data; submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist; bypass rate limits or technical restrictions; or impersonate others in the contact form. We may block access that violates these rules.
5.Intellectual property
This website, including its design, code, copy, and block library previews, is owned by DragDrop Oy and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as expressly permitted.
6.Disclaimer
This website and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the product described here will launch in any particular form or timeframe.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragDrop Oy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Since the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to 50 euros. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they apply only to the extent permitted by law.
8.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
9.Changes
We may update these Terms as the product moves toward launch. We update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
