This page exists for California residents exercising rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. The short version: there is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell or share personal information at all.
1.Our position
DragDrop Oy does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We use no advertising networks and no third party trackers on this site. The only analytics tool is Google Analytics, which runs solely if you opt in through our cookie banner and is configured with advertising features disabled, so it is not used to sell or share personal information. Beyond that, the personal data we hold comes from our waitlist and contact form, as described in our Privacy Policy, and it is used only for those purposes.
2.If this ever changes
If our practices ever change, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy first, before any selling or sharing begins, and we will provide the opt-out mechanisms the law requires at that time.
3.Exercising your rights
To exercise any CCPA/CPRA right (know, delete, correct, or opt out), email privacy@dragdrop.studio. We verify requests against the email address associated with the data we hold, since that is how our records are keyed; sending your request from that address is normally all the verification we need. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
4.Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). Although we do not sell or share personal information, if your browser sends a GPC or Do Not Track signal and you have not already made a cookie choice on this site, we automatically decline all non-essential cookies, including analytics, without showing you the banner and without storing anything in your browser. A choice you made yourself in the banner or in Cookie settings takes precedence over the signal; you can change it there at any time. We honor deletion requests regardless: email privacy@dragdrop.studio and we will delete your data.
